I do not know what is freeze dried, but dried and fried Okra, yes. We use Okra extensively here. And we call it "Ladies Finger".

I'm working at Hardee's! Finally got one back in town after 20 years, and holy balls, we were slammed yesterday! And had people trying to come in while we were doing some training.
