I typically don't eat before bed (not hungry after eating during the day due to gastroparesis and dilaudid)... But over Christmas I only had one mike's hard lemonade and one glass of "champange" and I had nightmares... Guess I'm a lightweight...

Will study this more and experiment myself with food. I have done this with eating popcorn and milk before bed and I have dreams..Some meat=weird nonsense dreams..
