Hi Guys,

 

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this but it seems to be the only place.

 

I have a number of my experiences written up but have been reticent to post them to the forums.

 

I was wondering, even if the material is not copyrighted, do I retain control and ownership of said material if posted here?

 

It's not that I think the stuff is gold, it's just that they are MY experiences and I don't want someone publishing them in some form or another and me not getting something out of it.....

What you post or not is entirely up to you.  The fact is nothing anywhere on the net is safe.  True, it may be against forum policy to steal someone's posting, the facts are that there is little anyone can do about it.  We all have to live with that truth.

 

So if you want to post a story fine, put it in the appropriate folder.  But do so as we all do, knowing that it can be stolen by anyone who knows how to right click!  Whether it is per forum policy or not!

What I wanted to know is if what is posted becomes property of the forum owners or if the poster retains some control of the material?
