Have you written up your experiences about the place yet?

 

I've mentioned it on the boards here, and I'm going to be including it in a future vlog post, along with some of my other paranormal experiences.

I'll be shooting it closer to Halloween and incorporating some of the places where the incidents occur, just to give viewers an idea of the location. I'm particularly looking forward to doing both the cemetery incident and the trail incident.

At Home

 

In the winter of 2007-2008 my Sister decided to remodel the Family home's pool. It had been put in 45 years ago and was in bad need of an updating. I was in between jobs at the time so helped out with a lot of the electrical and drainage issues.

The land had once been farm/ranch land and one of the old farm houses is still standing on the next street over. A row of eucalyptus trees that were used as a wind break by the rancher went across our backyard.

Shortly into the demolition phase I got a visit from two spirits/entities. I was using my old room which my sister had turned into a home office and sleeping on a pull-out couch.

I was awakened one night lying on my side and facing the wall across the room. Standing up against the wall was a young Indian girl. I watched her for a few seconds and since she seemed harmless I rolled over and went back to sleep.

On another night in the same position I woke up to a shoulder length blond haired woman wearing a 1940's short sleeve green dress with yellow sunflowers on it, white cuffs, white collar and a kind of straw bonnet. Both of their faces were too dark to see what they looked like but the blond woman was just too close to me. When I came fully awake I swung a punch at her before I realized what I was doing. She then disappeared.

It took me a while to realize that the height of both their heads was on a level with mine so that put them actually standing on the original ground level and not the floor of the house.

My sister said something to me the next morning that really floored me. She said that she felt we had stirred up some people with the construction and they weren't very happy about it. I had never known my oh so logical sister to be that sensitive. I think she was right though.

After the remodeling was about done that feeling went away and all has returned to normal.

Did this ever happen?

Finally saw my roommate the other night (Which I'm not supposed to. Blessed gold cross necklace and all. ). So far I've just seen her as a body sized distortion in by bedroom. She's about 5 foot tall, if that. She was standing on the other side of the room actually posing like in a Victorian photograph. She was wrapped in some sort of white shift. The word that comes to mind is "Pert". Young between 16 and 18 I'd say. A long cascade of Red Ringlets (Think Merida but a more normal red and much better kept). White skin, freckles, Blue eyes with a turned up nose. She was standing with her right side to me and her head up at about a 45 degree angle looking straight ahead but with a smile on her lips. I felt like she was just about to wink at me. Like I said, posing. I'd put her at 1920 or before. Definitely not a Flapper. I live in a 118 year old building and my top floor apartment was a Brothel for most of that time. It was dark but she had her own illumination around her somehow....

 

The basement was a gambling den and a speakeasy. It still has the tin ceiling tiles with bullet holes. There are at least two spirits down there. There is an old lamp post across the street and the first year I was here everytime I looked out at it at night I got the impression a man was standing there under it and staring daggers at me through my kitchen window. He seemed to be stuck there.

I was living in Michigan about 10 years ago due to Family problems I had to take care of. I was renting my ex Brother in Law's bachelor pad. He was a Deputy Sheriff in that county. The first day we had good weather after a rather nasty winter I went to take photos of the picturesque little "Village" I was living in. I took two successive photos of a house a few streets over. The first on one at the corner and the second on about 30 feet to the right. When I put the photos I took that day up on my Flickr page one of my friends asked if someone was in the second floor window. I guess the answer is yes. I showed my Ex BiL when he stopped by. he asked if I could make a copy of the photos for him. He never asked for anything so I said sure. I burned off the photos on to a CD and printed off the photos on photo quality paper. It seems that their Dispatcher's family owned the house and rented it out in the summertime to tourists. No one was living in the house at that time since the last renters trashed the place and they were fixing it up. The Dispatcher had the Sheriffs Deputies checking on the place at night while on their patrols. After the photos got around the Station no one would go near the place. LOL!

I had to do some training in Maryland so one weekend I went to Gettysburg. I got there late and night fell while i was still out on the battlefield. I ended up with a few weird photos. The place takes on a whole different vibe at night.

I was stationed down on the Mexican Border for a while. I was at Fort Hauachuca , an old Apache War Fort. I visited Bisbee and Tombstone which aren't very far from the Fort. While in Bisbee I visited the Cemetery and photographed it. A hobby of mine. There are some interesting graves there. I did not get close to the old caretakers house since it was way at the back of the Cemetery but i did photograph it since it looked creepy as heck. Seems i was being watched....

My concentration camp story. I’ve spent 22 years overseas so far. A total of 12 years, both before and after the wall fell, in Germany. My last tour I was stationed in Grafenwoehr. Not too far from there is KZ Flossenburg. It was a bright sunny day in late spring when I finally visited the Concentration/Work Camp. The moment I stepped through the gate I got a chill down my back and a feel of oppression that only left when I was able to get back to my car in the parking lot.  It was still a bright sunny day but the light took on a flat lifeless darker aspect that stayed with me the whole time I was there. I could just about make out dozens of faces in every dark corner staring back at me. It was a rough day for me. The pile of ashes from the crematorium is still there. That area had a weird smell to it. This was a work camp so only about 30,000 were murdered there and in it’s sub-camps. It was something I had to do and I’m glad I did it but it is an indelible memory.
