Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be.Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Hm, right about now, I'd trade the negative wind chill, joint aching cold, and snow for your weathers, Jen and Moonie! The weather here has been cold enough for the last week or so to cause my right ankle, hip, elbow and joints on both hands to hurt. Thank god for painkillers in this weather.
