This is correct. All members, in order to send and receive messages through our PM systems must have 30 or more posts (this number does not include posts made in our 'suburbs - Real Life, Boiling Point, Fun n Games', posts in these forums do not add to a members post count)
I will advise Joven that you were unable to read his PM and have him resend it as an email through our system, as you will be able to recieve and read that.
