I've had this happen only three times to me, but I'm just wondering if it's anything or just something I'm making up.
The first time it happened to me was after I tried to do some automatic writing. I wasn't trying anymore, so I went to do some meditation in my bed. I got relaxed and all of a sudden I opened my eyes and felt pressure on my body. I also felt a lot of heat and my heart was beating really fast. Right before it happened I heard a knock, maybe on a wall. I could still move, so it wasn't sleep paralysis. I get that a lot, so I know what it feels like. I didn't know what happened. It lasted for maybe a minute, and to shake off the feeling I had to sit up and shake my arms for a bit.
I forgot about it after a while, but about a month ago it happened again. I was laying in my bed, and I heard a knock behind me, and the same feeling happened again. This time I also felt a vibration throughout my body. It wasn't the same tingly vibration I get before astral projection. It was slower, like standing next to a stereo with the bass turned up.
It also happened again a few weeks ago.
I don't know if it's anything, but I just wanted to ask.

When this happens is there any kind of sexual feeling or touching , or make you feel comfortable. Sorry if this is straight forward.

No, it's not sexual. It's kind of uncomfortable probably because of the heat and because my heart beats so fast. Also my body feels heavier than usual.

What you're describing might be recognizable by some people as a precursor to activity. Some people call it a feeling of 'overpressure', almost like being underwater. But this often is in an larger vicinity, not in a specific area.
You may be experiencing something related to your health. If this happens when you are completely awake, and not even close to times you are sleeping or napping, you might want to consider getting a physical.

I believe that it could be your vibrational energy is changing. So many people are experiencing the changes going on in the world and in the dimensions. Especially those that actively astral travel which makes you more sensitive to the energy change than others. Your energy may be changing as it is getting ready to receive other "gifts" or activations.
