Hey, I just found your thread even though it was posted months ago. I'm in Crosby, and I've just found out that my neighborhood and possibly my own house are the host for some major paranormal phenomena... so I joined in hopes of finding people in the area who might know about it.

I know of a place to check out, its an old asylum, and yes, its abandoned and only one hour from Austin

Just found this post. I'm in Spring, but work in downtown Houston. The first two ghosts I ever saw where downtown in the 1990s and have been fascinated by it ever since.
I'm a passive enthusiast along with my wife, so we watch and read more about the paranormal than explore, but we are open to whatever is possible.
