I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is William Uchtman and I've been trying to start an account here for a while. I just never got the confirmation e-mail to pull it off, but I kept trying.
I'm a writer with two books on haunted houses. I also used to do investigations, but I stopped doing those a long time ago. Mostly, I just keep lists of haunted locations complied from numerous resources, but I was hoping to find a group where I could get updates on locations, clarifications on forgotten or rare places or just corrections on places with bad to missing info. On the side, I'm interested in discussing theories and new investigation techniques.
My lists are mostly listed by state, but I'm also branching out to other countries and areas of the world. I don't know where I'm going with it. It will never be finished to be a book, but I don't want it on a website where it can be plagiarized. (Have you seen how Google lists the same descriptions for places verbatim through numerous sites?) I'm very open to investigators perusing what I have and providing me with updates on sites that no longer exist or with new research.
