Hello everyone.

Just introducing myself! My name is Daniel, I am 19. Ive joined these forums to learn how to speak to the dead, hoping to reach loved ones!

I am a strong believer when it comes to the afterlife. I've experienced a few things and I'm sure everyone has to.

From your friendly neighbour
Dan :-)

Welcome!  You have come to a good place for information - the To Do's, the Not to Do's.  People will caution you on some things - it's because they genuinely care.  And there is a lot of information posted through the years - hope the search engine helps you!

Just remember, that ghosts are like people.

Sometimes they DO NOT want to speak with you, because they are too much in their own heads.

Sometimes it is a good thing.

~ true love is like ghosts, which everyone talks about but which few have seen ~

Hello Dan:

You got here a few days ahead of me. Like you I have a firm belief in the afterlife. Why bother with sites like this if we didn't! But....I'm wondering...did they suddenly pull the hors d'oeuvre tray an take it back into the kitchen when YOU arrived?

I'm afraid it's BYOB here......

Welcome to the both of you.   :)

The only difference between Socialism and National Socialism is the snappy uniforms. - Logan "Aside from ending Slavery, Fascism and Communist World Domination, War has never solved anything! ""For it's Tommy this, an' Tommy that, an' "Chuck him out, the brute! But it's "Savior of 'is country" when the guns begin to shoot." - Rudyard Kipling "People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf."---George Orwell "Always Remember-All Lessons in Life are Expensive.....and the last one costs you everything you have." - Logan" Socialism is just Communism without a Dictator....and you can always find a Dictator!" - Logan "An Armed Man is a Citizen. An Unarmed Man is a Subject. Subject to anything anyone wants to do to him." - Logan "Without the Second Amendment there is no First Amendment...or Third or Fourth or Fifth....or 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th or 27th!" - Logan

Welcome to our band of oddballs, Dan! As for the hors d'oeuvre, think that was pulled a bit before I joined...

Cry Havoc! And let loose the Dobermans of war!

Life is too short to take seriously, none of us get out of it alive.

Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be.Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
