Someone that I knew had the same thing happen to him with a sucubis  while he was alone and without a human lover he would sleep naked and allow the spirit to have sex with him, it would awaken him 2 , 3  or 5am and he would have an erection, When he was not interested he would see that he wore underwear and a track suit pants or pj's while sleeping. During sex his body could be thrown a foot or more above the bed and he could achieve and enjoy satisfaction. He had no such problem when sleeping with a woman in his bed. So YES like one of the earlier post said, if you have a healthy sexual relationship with a human partner, then there is less chance of this happening.
