So, I don't know where exactly to take this. Well, I guess I'll take it from the top. I've been kinda interested in paranormal stuff for a few years, and since a long time ago I will have these 'dreams' where I am doing something, and it's never anything major, and then in a few days(usually this long, at least) it happens. I do remember one time where I swear it had been a year between the dream and it actually happening.
Now all this said, while I had been interested in this stuff I didn't believe in it too much, until a few days ago. One of my most trustworthy friends told me of her ability to see ghosts and such, and hearing that as well as my 'déjà vu' experiences I started believing in this stuff a lot.
I know this all may sound stupid, but this leads me to a question. Is it possible to become more 'attuned' or 'synced' or whatever with things like this?

If it helps at all or whatever I am 13.

Hello, my name is crystal. I am now 30. I cant really say when my last dejavu was or when it finally happened, but I use to get them vividly. I never knew how much time was between them though. Sometimes it felt fresh, (like it could have possibly been a feww days or weeks, or months even.) But mostly it felt like maybe it had been years bc it seemed like it could have even been another memory; like if it were somehow possible that I had memory running in from another person. I didnt know, but once 7 learned what dejavu was it wasnt as confusing. What I always tried to do was predict what was gunna happen. I meawn like when I relive it for real I try to remember what if anything, happened next. And thats where they sloew down and eventually stopped. But my dejavus Were never really long anyway. It was like justba few seonds. But when it was in my dream or whatever it almost felt like it was forever. Or in super slow motion. Like I was there forever. But not when it came to pass for real. Its crazy but I loved it.

I get, for want of a better word, "Slideshows". I will see a scene and hear either a sound, a few words or a complete sentence with the scene. These will flash by in my dreams one after the other. The scene will play out with the exact sound upwards to 2 or 3 years later.

I have seen places and people years before I went there and met them.

I started getting these in my teens and have had them ever since.

Hmm. Okay, people. I just realized how poorly I wrote the OP. anyways, I'm going to get to what I have to say.

Last week, for the final 1/3 of the day and the first 1/3 of the next day, I had, well, something similar to my usual  déjà vu, except it was, for the common lack of a better word, less 'powerful.' I experienced it several times in that period, rather than just once occasionally, but it felt different. Typically, I experience what happens a THIRD time in my mind after I experience it in real life, but that didn't happen this time. I didn't even realize it was happening until the third or fourth time on the first day. Any ideas on what happened there?
