Sounds like yinz had a wonderful time!
Hm, I should prep go-bags. Already have a couple semi-decent sized duffle bags from work for me and mom. Know I'm going to include clothing, basic toiletries, and meds in both. And a container of yarn and knitting supplies to keep me from panicking. Maybe a couple notebooks and pens along with a couple books.

Yeah - I've been hoarding contacts for a while so I don't have to go to glasses immediately 
Going to have a little book of survival how-tos. No Pinterest in the Apocalypse, unfortunately. Plus all of us have been or will be in Scouting, so hopefully that helps with learning to make shelter and learn what to eat/what not to eat, if it isn't a nuclear event.

For me, I like being able to chitchat and vent on this thread. Vent just as much about stupid ish happening at work here as I do FB. Like being able to check in when my brain isn't completely fried out by guests' stupidity as well.

Mmmmmtatertots... Mom and I've been craving Papa John's for the last couple weeks. Finally got some last night, along with some Rita's. Could totally go for a shake from one of the local ice cream places now...*)

Had to Google Rita's. Looks tasty!
Have to get motivated to do some basic stuff - housework, work filing . . . times like these I wish for a little magic. Ah well. Gotta do it the old fashioned way - shear will power.
