Seriously, they have the lion's share of the OS and browser markets, so they must be doing something right. One of the greatest things accomplished by Mozilla, linux, and other OSS is forcing Microsoft to produce a better product (or lose market share). If IE ever becomes better than Firefox or Opera (hey, happened against Netscape!), then I would hope to have the integrity to use IE despite its ties to Bill Gates.

Doing something right? If you call brainwashing people into believing that there is no other software that's userfriendly and forcing people to use their OS and other crap, sure they're doing something right.
Bill Gates wouldn't know an original idea if it bit him in the derriere.
