I just got an EMF detector, a 42 range digital multimeter from RadioShack. I somewhat figured out the detector with the TV and computer, but nothing else. HELP PLEASE!

well sorry ghostbuster, i cant help you out since i dont know a darn thing about emf detectors. but i never thought of looking in ratshack for one. i should go take a look this weekend. give it some time, one of the experts will be along soon to help you out.

To make what you have work you need to do a couple of things.
Take a metal bar and wrap electical wire around it. Like you are making a electromagnet, then hook each end of the wire up to the meter, this is hard and the results are VERY questionable. I tried this and ended up giving up.
I bought a true emf meter the Guass Master form a net company for around 45.00 its a basic unit. Lessemf is the company i got it from.
