Do I want my kids playing with it? ... No... Would I myself try it with other like-minded individuals? ... Most likely...

PS. I also have ancestors who were " witches " and practiced Wicca, could this possibly explain my connection to the supernatural?

I have used a Ouija board with my sister. We surround ourselves with candles and turn off all electronics. I have had words, dates, and names pop into my head and I would ask if that was their name or how they died or when they died and I would be correct. Could I be subconsciously moving the planchette? I thought that since I was more open to the idea of spirits than my sister they would chose me to communicate with, but I'm not sure if I am correct. My sister has also gotten a headache during one of our sessions which I assume to be the spirit draining her energy. I know that you can never be sure about Ouija boards, but if you have any ideas about why I have these words pop into my head please let me know. Thank you!

It's called being a medium, at your stages though, it's really unmanagable. Mediums range in developmental levels from something as minor buzzing sounds in the ear all the way to seeing the deceased like any other person. Developing your third eye, thats all your own task.

For example, my team consists of my actual family... Me, my wife, and two daughters... My oldest is a sensitive and my youngest attracts paranormal activity like crazy... We call her, "The Ghost Magnet"...
These kids never trained the gifts they have. But they have them nevertheless. And I think, if they gave it the effort, they could be very talented in the fields of the paranormal outside of the ghosthunting that they presently do... That being said... I wish they would go into medicine or law LOL!

It contuse to baffle me why, after all the material about the "board", pro and con, that folks still can't grasp exactly what is goin' on and think "it" a "game to be used to entertain themselves. If entertainment falls in the realm of contacting the "other side" to see "what" will show up, just ponder on the "assumed/proven" events that whatever is there doesn't always enjoy being bothered and if any of the less than kind to we mortals, it might be more than a lot of folks can handle. I collect various typed of "old boards" more for their artistic beauty than what they can be used for. Simple suggestion, LEAVE THE THINGS ALONE!!! Thanks.
Ghosts are a fact of life. Just because we choose to or not to believe in them makes totally no difference to them or so I "have been told".
