I will be making a hike up to Leatherman Cave in Thomaston, Connecticut for an article I'm working on.

I'll be leaving from Black Rock State Park on Watertown Road in Thomaston. The trip will take place some Saturday in July. If anyone is interested in coming with me, please email me at info@ghostvillage.com and we can make arrangements.
It's a pretty good hike and more than a mile from any road, so you'll need your hiking boots!

I would like to go, but the only weekend I can make it is the last weekend in July. It may also depend on how hot it is...I don't do well in sweltering hot weather.
I guess this means put me down as a definate maybe!

I'd like to get a head count in the next week or so. If you're interested in a guided tour to Leatherman Cave please email me at info@ghostvillage.com
There is no charge for this (though the park where we're meeting may charge a few dollars for parking).
So far it looks like we'll have a good group going. It will be a great hike and adventure to this scenic cave!
