Not sure that will work to get rid of whatever it was... the thing may be attached to the land, and not the house.

Kind of hard to do a documentary if you've knocked the building down.....
It also make it hard for people to refute your claims.

I have to agree.
The person filming the documentary, purchase the house then had it torn down, as part of the documentary.

What does that do with the demons, though, or whatever may be there? Seems like they wouldn't be tied to a structure, but maybe . . .
