I had a strange that has left me a little unsettled. I dreamed I was in bed with the blankets on suddenly I began to rise off the bed. I tried to say the Lord's Prayer but it wouldn't come out. I started to think God please help me them I woke myself up. Has anyone ever had a dream like that?

I forgot to mention when I woke I felt pressure on my arms. I don't have bad dreams when my cat sleeps at my head.

Yes, I have had similar dreams. The most recent one was a person or spirit at the foot of my bed pulling the covers. No scream, no words coming out. I Prayed and it ended abruptly. Could have been sleep paralysis, but darn those dreams (?) are alarming.
