I don't know of any that are haunted or abandoned, but there are a couple that look run-down, but I think people own them already. Wouldn't know where to look for a listing of those that are haunted and abandoned. I'd like to know too.

Check with your local realtor! They know all the places in their areas that are for sale, and if you mention that you're interested in a place with a history of paranormal activity, I'm sure they'd have a few places they'd be "dying" to show you
Also, don't forget that houses that may appear to be abandoned are still on private property. Always get permission before entering!

I know there'd be some on private property. Right now, I'm interested in cemeteries. I figure depending on the one, itmay be a hot spot for paranormal activity. Of course with houses all around it, it may not be, but who knows.
One of the houses that looks abandoned used to be a hotel back in the 1800's, though someone lives there. Old house though. The other one is right down the road from it and it's old too. Yet someone also lives there. Cemeteries are good for now though. I ahven't really been on any investigations, personl or group wise, but wanna start with those first. Any advice regarding a first investigation or visit to a cemetery and time-wise? The one I wanna go to is a city cemetery and a few of my ancestors are buried there. Figured I'd give it a walk through at night. And hang around to see if anything happens.

Does anyone think that Amish spirits, if they even stick around, would communicate with us since we use electronic equipment to investigate??? Ok, I'm sorry... that was a bad joke... I used to live up near the area and miss it...
Let us know how the house hunt goes for you... I'd be interested in what you discover...

there is a house in schuylkill county right along rt 61 schuylkill haven, next to the mcdonalds. it's a white house, paint is chipping, it's run down. it's always for sale, i think my mom said there was either a suicide or a murder in the house. if that's what you're looking for, go for it. depending on where you're at, it's about an hour away from lancaster county.
