Wedderburn Mansion, Narragansett RI

Does anyone know the TRUE location of a placed  called the Wedderburn Mansion in Narragansett, RI.   Common belief is that it is on Front Street, that town, but there's one problem with that, though, there is no Front Street in Narragansett, RI.  

Could the house be under a psuedonym or perhaps the name Wedderburn is a pseudonym and that is why we , the police, town hall, etc. cannot find a single record confirming that this Wedderburn Mansion EVER existed?

If it does exist, there must be someone out there who knows where it is and we would like to hear from that person.
