Okay, I'm all ready for my first ghost hunt and I'm all excited  ;D.......BUT one thing I don't have is a EMF dector (or what ever) :'( :-/ :-X, Fourntunalty I hear that Compasses are good to use aswell (No not if we get lost LOL,). I read on some site that because ghosts do something to the magnetic feild they will make the compass go crazy. Can some one help PLEASE. Cause I'm confused, Also do what type of EMF meter do you recommend?

I don't think that the brand of EMF meter makes a ton of difference.  Just do what you can afford if you decide to get one.

A compass will do the job for you also.  Yes the electromagnetic field will get disturbed when a spirit is very near but one thing to keep in mind is that it is very hard to watch every second if you are walking.  It is best when you can be stationary and let the spirit come to you. ;D

If you don't find anything here on gv in the auction, you could always try prarieghosts.com.  They have a pretty good store there and some reasonable prices. ;D
