I was wondering if it was safe to play a Ouija Board online? I recently just tried to play and all it said was Y K O and then goodbye!! :o.

What is the meaning of this????

Hey Hunny, there are currently about three different posts about Ouija going on right now, one in General(although a few pages back), one in Spirit Communication, and I think there's yet another one, lost in the land of Ghostvillage somewhere. lol. You might have your questions answered there.

Oh... online. lol. Didn't catch that. Well, I believe the Internet is all energy traveling from unit to unit anyway, and on some levels you can manipulate that, but the others are right... it's a program, no matter how you look at it. The responses have to be created by humans. There's nothing mystical about it.

But...isn't it just as possible for a spirit to communicate through the internet than it is by any other traditional means?   :o

I used that link 12 times and got 12 of the same response. Seems computer generated to me.

Yeah, SOME of them have pre-programmed responses and are just a joke, but there is at least one that doesn't move unless the mouse moves, so that I don't see how it's different than a regular ouija board.  Mind you, I didn't have anything happen with it, but it always seemed to me like a tedious way to communicate anyway so it could be just me...and you might need a more modern, non-technophobic spirit to *try* communicating through such a computer.

Not only that, but in the case of a moving planchette with a moving mouse, well, your hand has to be completely relaxes and at ease. If you have to keep your finger pressed on the little button, that might make for an unrelaxing event, and I doubt you'd accomplish much. Of course, I'd have to check it out, but I don't put much stock in it.
