Justa, as another poet, I think you should give some serious consideration to submitting to a Publisher, can give you a number of links<I'd suggest going for e/literary

WOW...TY, the Black Watch has a long and proud history and I can see how your Grand Da would opt for mustering out rather than going to another regiment. BTW, WAY cool avatar ;D
Whytewatcher, 'twas beautiful
Intersection
The Harley's engine hacked a cough,
shuddered violent protest,
a warhorse,
reigned in too suddenly
before the crash of bodies,
lances splintering
against plate and mail,
it grumbled at its idleness.
Gypsy eyes,
dark as starless skies,
rake imperiously
over twilit streets.
Her gaze pierces
the citified veneer,
a spear's challenging blow
upon an adversary's shield.
Shaking loose ebony strands,
spilling, a damask cascade,
lover's fingers down narrow waist,
she rides against the status quo.
Full crimson lips peel back,
a wolf's snarl of feral rage,
for black clad trendiness
lusting over opaque sunglasses.
Her ride roared to life,
shattering microcosm's silence,
the shout of victorious armies;
gone like vestiges of dream.
