Yeah, i was with him, the fog was the most eerie thing all night...I read after we got back someone a year ago encountered a weird fog too on this thread..weird.

heading out to dice sometime soon before halloween. just wondering if anyone knows exactly where the old lone rd church was located. i know it's gone now but spirits have been known to linger long past the destruction of buildings...

I went out there last night around seven to see the "lady in white" and I took alot of pictures...got alot of orbs and then today at work I got out my camera and zoomed in on the the pictures and I 2 pictures where i see the same thing in.

ok, i came here because i googled dice road cemetery because a bunch of friends were talking about it with us, and the legend of the cemetery came up (the warlock who hung the girls on the bridge) and a bunch of us are going on halloween. but anyway, i can see that same girl from your picture on the second to last picture on the first page from the url on top. one of my friends claims to have seen this girl in a white dress while he was there. i think there is something legit there, tho i cant say what is might be. i'll update after halloween on what happens.

okay, so that is REALLY scary but that is EXACTLY what i saw at the bridge, i kid you not

It's no problem. I was throwing that out to anyone here who might live in the Saginaw area and might know where the Dice Road cemetery is located. I lived in Carrollton Township for almost two years, and I've never heard of the place myself.

I also did a quick search on Google maps and found the intersection of Dice Road and Hemlock Road, but there's no cemeteries of any kind listed in the general vicinity. It's apparently still in use, as I found several recent obituaries showing burials taking place in Richland Lutheran Cemetery . What's even more interesting is that I used to go right past there while driving down Tittabawwasee Road going Midland.

Has anyone taken pictures out there in daytime?

i'd like to take another trip to the cemetery once im back up at school for the winter semester and take some pictures. and you're right, there is no indication of a cemetery on the maps. when i first went out there, it came very suddenly because we didn't know where it would be. it's very small, but very spooky to even drive by at night, let alone getting out and walking around in it like i did one night.

i'd like to go there again with a small group (4 or 5) at night.

I've been to Dice cemetery a few times. It's a creepy old place. Many old tombstones. It's almost pretty in a creepy way, you know. But lets talk about the last time I was there.

A couple friends and I were bored and decided too drive out to Dice cemetery too see what really goes on out there. We all had heard stories about the place, but had never actually walked around it at night. As we we're driving back there was a group of kids already there standing around some tombstone (which was weird to me. we joked about them actually being ghosts) But we got out and talked to them, and they seemed to know more of the history on the place than I had ever heard. While we were talking to them, you could hear rustling in this one area in the woods, right at the end of the paved way. but we never found out what was in there. Although, walking around that night, you could feel extreme temperature differences in front of different tombstones. I remember one area almost chilling me.
Later, the other group of kids left and the three of us were the only ones out there. After about five minutes of being there alone, I started feeling very uneasy. All before that point the whole place had a different feel.
We were told, in the very back grass field people were hung. There were possible hate crime murders and the like. Well, we watched out into the field, and about 100 - 150 meters back, where the tree line starts again, you could see a group of men crouching and standing behind bushes. One or two looked as if they were walking very slowly across the field, almost horror movie zombie movement, it was very weird. The walking men never got any closer though, they just stayed in that far area moving all around and disappearing. But it was a full moon and you could see them quite clearly.
After we watched that we headed to the car to get out of there, I was becoming quite freaked out. We got into the car and as we were backing up, to leave and i noticed a light in front of a tombstone, almost like a decorative garden light. I told the driver to stop, but he kept backing up because he wanted to see and it wasn't in his view. By the time he backed up it was gone.

I haven't talked about that since it happened, and I got the chills remembering it. If your in the area, I would say stop and see what happens to you.

my name is cody donovan and i went to the cemetery 3 nights in a row april 10th through april 13th and the first time i went it was with my cousin (driver),my brother and my friend so we were looking all over hemlock for it and were couldn't find it because the real name of the cemetery is richland lutherean cemetery so we finally after a cuple hours said we would go to dice rd so we were head to dice road and not knowing that we were headed towards it all of us go a tense feeling in are stomec and are heart beats started going fast so when we finally found it we were to scared to enter it so it took us like 5 times before we were brave enough to enter it and when we did we only pulled into the front looked and left so we went to the bridge and me and my brother had are windows down a little bit and we thought we heard foot steps so we left the bridge and went to the cemetary and went all the way through it we parked in the middle and me and me friend got out and standed by the car and looked around didnt see nothing but felt uneasy so we lefrt and went home the next night we went back it was the night before easter and it was just me my cousin and my brother all of us got out and standed by then car didnt see nothin so the next night it was like 12:00 am or 1:00 am and it was me and my friends not my brother or cousin and we pulled in and went to the back and all of us felt very uneasy worst than the first time i went so we were headed toward the back i thought i saw somthin child size run past the two big bushes im not fersure but i think so but when we got to the back we took some pics and the pic of the trees was covered by nothin but orbs and a cuple of faces my friend lance and me thought we saw wat looked like a old man with his arms and leg crossed leaning on a tree so lance said we should get in the car and leave but the car wouldn't start at first so we left and went to the bridge and took some pics and then went back to the cemetery and recorded the whole cemetery my friend sarah was so scared see closed her eyes when we went back to take the video. now when we got home we looked at the pic now in one of the pic if u zoom in by a flag you can see a 4 soldiers and a woman all by each other and in one with the orbs by the tree you can see a face in the trees now in the one with the soldiers you can see wat i think a all red demon looking down behind a tombstone...and in the ones by the bridge you can see a lot of orbs and a female face a little bit be low the bridge and there is a pic of me and lance and in the pic there is a orb on his arm and somthing in the backround next to his face...so about 20 miles away from the cemetery we got out and took pics and in the pics there is a cuple orbs so we arn't sure but somthing might of followed us...i plan to go back with a night vision camrea...i have the pics on my myspace so look me up on there my name is cody donovan and im from baycity

this is interesting, read some of the posts here and never knew about his place until recently. I was talking to some people who live right next to this cemetery and they claim that now that more people live nearby there seem to be less sightings of things as far as ghosts. they say that the whole area has some really cool wildlife, as in flora an fauna type thing that are pretty amazing. there's pileated woodpeckers that are nesting in one of the old trees there. quite often, a flock of turkeys will spend the night there. this might be what some people think they are chasing in the woods, since turkeys roost in trees, and if disturbed might fly down and run away. They say they have also deer, foxes, and coyotes in the area. the lady said that one time there was even a peacock that got loose from someone's farm and was making noises like a woman screaming! it was several weeks before they found out what it was and then the peacock showed up making this screaming woman noise and everyone had a good laugh. these people say there has been talk of getting the place closed to nighttime traffic because of the environmental damage and the wildlife, Lots of partiers leave stuff behind, and there have been stones knocked over and vandalized. Probably like everything else, a few bad people spoil it for the rest of us. So they usually have the police alerted and they try to patrol the place more. One cop sits in the back with his lights out and does paperwork so he can catch people when they drive in. i went by the place last week and seems like there are houses pretty close by. anyway, sounds like it is an interesting place but we decided not to try it at night because of the neighbors. LOL

I did some checking today. Neighbors have been complaining and police are patrolling the area often. Due to unlawful activity from visitors, heavy vandalism, shots being fired from vehicles and other crimes, Dice Road cemetery (AKA Richland Lutheran Cemetery) is now closed to ghost hunters.

Unfortunately, this is happening more and more. If some people would only realize that their illegal actions make it almost impossible for future investigations. This is one of the reasons we stress so heavily that illegal activity is not condoned. I can't even get access at night at the local cemetery where my family is buried, let alone someplace well know for just these reasons.

We can only keep reminding others.......
