I was rifling through my fav book store today, and I found the coolest thing! .. A little bitty book full of Ghosts about my new home city/town! .. how cool is that! It was only printed like 2 years ago. A whole book full of little spooky stories about the town I live in. There are so many places you can just go in and have a chat to people about.
It is a series of 4 books full of Strange and unusual tales about the area. And the last one is dedicated to Ghosts. There are cases of haunted houses, hospitals, movie theatres .. and things that are unexplained. Like why the first recorded public toilet in QLD has no roof??
Theres one that haunts the local University. He makes the Coke machine drop Cokes .. What a pal!
The best $10.00 I ever spent on those 4 books about my new home.
Just so you know Toowoomba is on the top of the Great dividing Range in the darling downs in QLD Australia, it is the gateway to NSW and the southern states. It was first settled in the 1840's

Yup, that does sound like the best $10 you could spend hon! I got the same feeling when I discovered a book dedicated to the ghostly tales of Toronto, where I live.
What are the titles of those books anyway? I'd love to get my hands on them myself for my growing paranormal library....lol. I can probably get them here at The World's Biggest Bookstore (yes, that's the name of the warehouse sized store) or baring that, I can get Daddy to buy them for me on Amazon.

Thanks! I'll take a look around several bookstores here and if I can't find them, I'll get them online. They sound really interesting!
