Its some interesting stuff... I just picked up a book of William H. Hewitt's called Psychic Development for Beginners, just some reading to sharpen my senses a little. I like it, for the most part it is NOT religiously biased, which i love in books on this subject, and it has all the facts and keeps it mostly scientific. It really teaches you how you mind works, like I never knew about different levels of brain waves and all that, but this book shows you how to MANIPULATE those brain waves. Its kind of confusing at points; its kind of difficult because all the exercises shown in the book requiere complete silence, and geez i never realized how impossible that is in this house... Either way, anyone interested in this sort of thing should buy this book, its really cheap and totally worth it.
