For the spell you need some cookie dough. You slice it, place it in a preheated oven, and mumble a few good phrases. When people walk by, the smell will draw them in. At least, that's what my brother used to do when he was selling houses.

... of course now he's a land surveyor, so perhaps it has a limited power.

Maybe you need to include something in the pictures to add a draw... like flower pots of some flower that draws positive energy. And you can meditate over the pictures with positive feelings. Perhaps they'll stick to the pictures. Maybe have some people inside chanting positive things while you take the pictures too. This good vibe could then be transmitted to anyone looking at the pictures.

Before someone arrives, perhaps you can lightly perfume the house with a drawing fragrance, like lavender or ylang ylang (if you decide not to do the cookie idea).
Who owns the land? Only the land knows. We mortals are passersby, and our lives are but a brief moment in the great span of time and space. We are born, we live out our lives, and most of us do the best we can with it, but the wind is forever, and the rivers flow forever to the sea, and all the seasons of the weathers will come and go after we are gone. But the Earth endures, the Earth is eternal" - Earl Hamner

Thanks carlotta alot of good idea's. You reminded me i havent went in and invisioned positivity in the town houses yet. We have 5 to sell. Brand new! Its just not a sellers market in our town right now, seems like everything is for sale...and nothing is moving!

Heav, this isn't a spell, but it works around here. I have no idea where this started, or how. You go to a Catholic gift store, one that sells statues of Saint Joseph and buy a small one. You bury it on the grounds of the property to be sold. There is a prayer you say, but I don't know it -I'll look for it though if you think you'd be interested. People around here swear by this.

I've also heard to use the statue of Saint Joseph. I have also heard that you should bury it upside down and facing the street.

For real!!!!.....several years ago, I had a farmhouse that I was selling and it had been on the market for over two months....everyone loved it who came to see it, but it was a little far out in the country....I got a call from some one wanting to see the house one morning and made an appointment to do so later that day, so I ran into town and bought a statue of St. Joseph..... came home and planted him in my garden...an hour and a half later, the house was sold to a cash buyer!!!!!! :wow:
Yes.... I've gone behind the camera"s"..... as well as recording audio........ Love....Breed peace.....

actually, my personal belief is that there is spells for everything, most of which are just waiting for a creative witch to come along and invent it. Magick is only limited by the imagination of the person practicing it. Just because there isn't any book sitting somewhere where there is a written spell for selling houses doesn't mean that you can't make one up yourself and use it. Magick is just a way to focus your desire and intent into the cosmos to create changes in your life and your own reality. Just like prayer is to those who use it. Just because there isn't an official "Our Father Who Art In Heaven, Let me sell my house today" prayer written in the Bible doesn't mean that there aren't those out there who use prayer to attract buyers to their house. I personally rarely use spells written by others because I find it much easier to focus my own will and intent by using my own words, my own tools, my own correspondences, etc, and that is what makes magick work. It is not necessary to use some ancient spell handed down by many generations of witches that makes an effective spell. It is the amount of desire, the proper intent and the belief that your magick will work that makes the spell. So don't worry about finding a "proper" already written spell to sell your houses, write one for yourself. And have the confidence in yourself that it will work. Then in the future, if someone asks you, "Is there any spells to sell houses?" you can say "Honey, do I have a spell for you!"

It is interesting hearing all these spells stories. I was a real estate agent for 5 years, and never heard of house spells. Love the idea, use what works. I have to say that the first thing I found that hits you when you go into a house is the smell. I loved the idea of candles being lit when I showed a home, or a fireplace or woodstove going or flowers in vases, even certain air fresheners smelled nice. Keep the home nice and neat with no clutter and throw in a spell or two if it helps.

I'll try anything once . . . my place has been on the market for almost eight months now, and I've had a total of one potential buyer look at it. Unfortunately, the house belongs to my late wife's estate, and her son (the executor) has it listed at an inflated price. He's says he'll wait as long as it takes to find a buyer. In the meantime, I am court-obligated to make the mortgage payments.

A statue of St. Joseph buried upside down and facing the street, huh? OK . . . now all I have to do is find a statue of St. Joseph . . . I'll keep you posted!

Update #1 - You can buy a complete "Let St Joseph Sell Your House" kit on eBay for $3.95 plus $1.95 shipping and handling. I pay more than that for a good cigar, so let's see what happens :(
