It is a wonderful tool called the Ignore function. You can find it under "My Controls" on the left hand side in the column. It will say "Manage Ignored Users". When you click that button, it will take you to a screen that will allow you to add people to your ignore list.
By adding a person to the ignore list, you will essentially be skipping any posts that they make. They just won't be displayed. There will be an area where you can choose to display the ignored post and you can feel free to do so if the post appears to be relevant to the conversation and you are afraid that you are missing something.
So if a member here at GV gets on your nerves or for some other reason, you don't want any contact with them, you can add them to your ignore list.
I am sorry to say, that it does not affect Moderators, Town Council Members, or Admins. You can try to ignore us all that you want, but you can't block our posts or PM's.
I was gonna add all of ya'll to my ignore list!
