back when i was little...i would wake up in the middle of the night. when i would open my eyes i would see an old lady walk past my bedroom door. it scared me but when i was little i was told there was no such things as ghosts....so i thought it was a dream.
   one night i woke up to something pulling at my covers. when i opened my eyes the old lady was sitting on the end of my bed. i was frozen..i just looked at her then she faded away. :o

Is the house still in the family where you could possibly check things out?  I would guess not, usually people move a time or two.

My grandmother and mother (live together) are seeing a lot of apparitions.  Two nights ago my mom woke up at 3:00 a.m. and saw a black cloaked figure in the hallway.  My 92 year old grandmother has seen it several times.  She has also seen her father in black clothes by her bed.  She has also been dreaming about all of her family that is dead.  I take it as she doesn't have a lot of time left.  any opinions?

i was thinking the same thing. i think they might be trying to tell her its time and make piece with everybody and say her goodbyes. they may be trying to tell your mom that your grandmother is about to go and to be ready for that.
