Hello Village People,
I am trying to help a listener of Ghost Chronicles.
Does anybody know about any hauntings in the Hyde Park London area?
I would really appreciate your help in this.
Thanks
Ron Kolek

Hi Ron

As a Londoner myself and a sensitive, I have visited Hyde Park numerous times. And I must say it does hold many spirits.

The ones I tend to pick up on seem to be from hundreds of years ago, and they are all very sick, im not sure why, I tend not to open up too much psychically because otherwise it gets too over whelming.

I also got visions in my minds eye of hundreds of people sleeping there as well during this time, not a pretty sight, nor is the odour.

But on the flipside, I do get alot of spirits walking around as if they are celebrating something, but not sure of the era, as I guess as its in the centre of london, alot of functions and events have happened there.

I do not however pick up on any individuals as the residual has layers upon layers of history and is quite difficult to pinpoint with names etc.

All these impressions I receive are during the day, and I do not recommend going there at night because of the recent climate with drugs etc.

If there is anything else, just holla

Mark :)

Mark, I am no expert on London myself, but could the sad spirits you referred to be from the Blitz of WWII? Pretty devastaing time that was! Just a guess!

hi Rayz

No its definately further back than that.

During the Blitz they would of huddled in shelters and the famous underground stations.

Hyde Park = Sitting Duck scenario ?

Thank you very much for your help Mark.
What you told me certainly fits the listeners scenario.
Could they be plague victims?
Thanks again for your help.

HI Ron

Always happy to help !

Its possible that they were plague victims, or the Great Fire of London shortly after.

I would like to research it, but I tend not too, as it would give the game away for me, and I often frequent the park throughout the year

Regards

Mark

Lots of sad and ill people, Leonie? Maybe after effect of the opening day for "Spice World"? Just a thought!

Hey Mark, you going to get all famous on us? Need an entorouge?
