Frozen---I was already kind of thinking something kind of like what you just said...maybe part of the reason Ouija boards seem to draw unpleasant spirits is that it IS difficult and frustrating for them to communicate in that way---making them therefore often act worse than they otherwise might?

Definitely. I've never had such violent reactions with the other tools that we use, like I have with the Ouiji. It just isnt worth it, automatic writing is faster and easier, so I just use that instead.

Too frightened to use this "tool" again!  After a few experiences all in good fun as a pre-teen, I think I will have to pass-I have no interest in inviting something I may have trouble getting to go away! Evil things, crappy disgusting "things" which are what I have encountered in the past.

Without thinking I almost used a virtual Ouija board - I guess unconsiously I thought it may not be as harmful as the real deal....not taking the chance, just can't do it.

Kristy asks everyone who touches the board, please be aware of the "deceit" that can occur within the spiritual realm.

That's a valid warning. Truly. Just as when you work with any form of spirit communication, never trust outright.

Yeah, just think of it like a blind date, lol. Sure, act nice and play nice, but when the weird turns pro, make sure you got enough for the cab ride back home! ;D

Yes...and we were stupid and scared the crud out of ourselves when all the electricity in the house went off after we mad the ghost upset. My friend swears she felt a hand on her shoulder and it was freezing in 80 degree weather and we didn't have the air on-as I said earlier the electric went out. Now the ouija takes up residence under my bed by my old battleship game.

My blind grandmother bought me a ouija board when I was 11. She mixed it up with Jenga in the games section. I tried to use it once or twice but it somehow became "misplaced" by my mother. Probably a good idea on her part
