Eight years after a wedding anniversary party, a Minnesota man saw something in photo that has turned his life around. See for yourself:

Interesting, Earth! Thanks for posting this.

As for the photo, I dont know what to think. But, I think it is wonderful that the gentleman used what he saw in the photo to spur him into recovery and also to help others with substance abuse issues, as well. :D

The Rocky Mountain Paranormal Group, which investigated the picture, also has a great online presentation of photos recording paranormal activity in them. You can see the pictures at:

Let me start this by saying this: I am no Demonologist. I am not an expert with the paranormal. I'm just a normal woman (even though some will try and debate that! lol) that loves investigating paranormal things. (And here it is...that dreadful word) BUT, if one has never seen a demon, how do you know what a demon looks like? On a personal level, I dont put much of a belief in demons. And that, in fact, is what I believe to be key in any of this. BELIEF. Whatever it is you believe in, it is very real to you. If this mans belief in demons and truly believing there was one in this pic put him on the right path in life, then all I can do is applaud him and wish him all my heart felt best!!

  • Interests:I love to do yard work, re-arrange my home constantly, draw and get tattoos that have significant meaning to me, garage sales/yard sales fanatic. My home is haunted by I believe 2 spirits, so I'm never alone when everyone is asleep! I'm trying to label the gifts I have, although I try to keep them a secret from my husband..he wouldn't understand. My 20 year old is now living on his own and does so great! My 6 year old is a little me, and the baby will be 5 December. He's about 8-12 months behind, but that smile...that beautiful smile.

~Now see, my first thought when I saw the picture was that the dog was his spirit guide, not a demon. I know it had the scary looking eye's, but I just didn't think this was something bad. The man turned his life around, maybe this was the intention of the spirit guide all along.

I don't believe in demons. But this may very well be a guide or even a pet from the past, who knows for sure. Demon no. But if this thought and belief has saved this man, the more power to him, thats great.

Its most definately an interesting pic...Laurie you stated just what I was thinking when looking at the photo, what made them jump to the conclusion that it was a "demon"?

Hahaha . . . yea, several other pranksters made similar comments in the Comments section of the news site, Jim :ghost:

Good point, Laurie Ann! Who's to say that it wasn't this man's spirit guide taking a form that was guaranteed to scare him from the path he was taking? It makes sense that a spirit guide might take a form that was offensive or frightening to assist us in moving in the right direction.

  • Interests:I'm interested in the paranormal. Just not enough to go out and do any investigations. I think my past experiences might have frightened me away from looking for what might come next. I can read what others go threw and it seems exciting. But I just don't have it in me to get up and do any investigations. Pretty silly I know. But it's who I am. I'm a watcher not a doer. That's ok with me, I dont' mind it. I feel safe this way. lol

OMG, now that was FREAKY!!!

I got chills up my back.

That is one picture that would make anybody get clean and sober.

Thank you for sharing that with us.

Yeah, it could be a ghost of a pet for sure. It could also be a dog in the photo that they forgot about being there. It was 8 years ago and obviously on drugs by their own admission. That tears the credibility down. If he got off of the drugs due to this photo for real, I am happy that it had a positive effect for him. A demon, no, I don't buy that one.
