So what exactly are shawdow people? Are they ghosts, spirits or a different creature? From the stories I have read, most say that you can only see them for a few seconds before they dissapper and its usually from the corner of the eye.

I, however have seen what I think a shawdow people late at night and can see them directly for a good minute or more. I have seen 3 shawdowy figures and only 1 has dissappeared on me after about 3 minutes of watching it acting out a scene that probably happend to that spirit some time ago.

The 1st was a female figure. I could see her head all the way down to her waist. She was motionless, but was looking right at me when I woke up. She was about 10-15ft away from me. Never moved. I could cleary see her curly hair, almost every single strand from the moonlight creeping thru the window. Don't know how tall she was but cleary taller then 4ft.

The 2nd was a Man. About 5'10". I was laying in bed, seconds after my dad turned off the light, he walked right pass me, to a door, was acting very panicky near the door. He turnaround after it looked like he was struggling to get out. He then ducked 3ft away from the door, cover his head and thats when he dissappaerd.

The 3rd was 3 alien looking creatures. They sitting on top of each other, motionless, and looked dead. They were small, about 3ft or shorter.

When I moved out the house, I no longer see any sprits or shawdow people. So, lets say I walk into a haunted house, would I be able to see spirits? Am I spiritually sensative? Would I be able to communicate with spirits?

I have not yet hear of exactly what the general idea is as to wheat exactly they are. I personally feel that they are spirits also, human spirits who don't want to be seen, henceforth them dissepearing quickly once spotted and being so dark and coming out at night when it is dark.

Now, I do know that they do like to watch us. And they do watch us at times durring the daytime also. And yes, they can stay in place to where we can look at them for an unlimited amount of time. I have done this, daytime as well as nighttime. We have a couple of resident ghosts in our home. A little boy and a man. The male is the one who only shows up as a shadow person, he takes no other form, just a shadow person. He has stood there watching me sleep. (I know as I've woken to him near my bed, I even turned on the lights to make sure I wasn't still asleep) so I told him, "I'm sleepy, Im going back to sleep you can stand there all night if you want, but you will get bored watching me sleep" and I turned over and went back to sleep. By morning he was gone.
