You are the 3rd person I have heard of that has pneumonia. It seems our area is getting hit hard. I feel a bit better, but I am STILL coughing my brains out as well as my lungs.
Those z-pacs are awesome.......I had pneumonia 2 years ago and I felt better after a day on that. But the coughing lasted for about a month afterwards.
I hope you feel better!

My husband's best friend's dad has it too, Z-pac is nice still coughing like crazy and coughing stuff up. Got to go back to work tomorrow, so will see who knows maybe an unemployed Villager next instead of a Jr one. They are a bit touchy about being sick at work, it isn't allowed that's why we get one sick day.

BK. a z-pack is a fairly new med and you take it like or 7 days but it stays in your system and fights your illness for several day longer, unlike the older ones where you take 2 or 3 pill untill the precription is gone.

the Z-pac that I have at least is an antibiotic that you take for 5 days on the first day you take two pills together and then for the next 4 days you only take one.

HEHE, still got a job and they are moving us out of the over crowded lunch room this week which helped lead me into pneumonina, a couple of other people were out ill some on the same days I was so the department was too short staffed to complain too loud. Unfortunatley I has in such a hurry to leave left my cough syrup in one the fridges there so now can't have any till early tomorrow morning.

Glad to hear you made it back to work! Hope you are feeling better all around.
Those Z-packs are magic, clear things up quickly. But your cough will probably hang on. It took me about a month to kick the cough last time I had it!
