In between bouts of sciatica (unfortunately, they are coming more frequently), I use a low-impact dance aerobic routine that I designed and choreographed. When I'm too stove up to do that, I walk/hobble. Don't know that my dance aerobics would work for anyone else but it's helped me lose 55 lbs. in the past 10 months <yea me! :P >

Yay for frither! And contratulations on having the will-power, determination and persistence to accomplish such a task!

I also do some lightweight toning exercises, some with weights, some without, but I may have to bump up the weights soon as they seem to not be working as well lately.

Amongst the very MANY things I bought today (most of which were probably unnecessary :P ), I finally purchased a new set of free weights and a weight rack. They're super-sweet, top-of-the-line ones and they cost more than what I would normally let myself spend spontaneously, but I'm glad I bought them :) Now I'll be able to keep getting ripped and really kick some butt!

Nite Clubbing...

Just as long as it doesn't involve harp seals! :)
Ah. Well... I attended Juilliard... I'm a graduate of the Harvard business school. I travel quite extensively. I lived through the Black Plague and had a pretty good time during that. I've seen the EXORCIST ABOUT A HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN TIMES, AND IT KEEPS GETTING FUNNIER EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE IT... NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT YOU'RE TALKING TO A DEAD GUY... NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK? You think I'm qualified? --BeetlejuiceI'm the ghost with the most, babe.--BeetlejuiceWe've come for your daughter Chuck--Beetlejuice

Walking at work (Hey, I'm a custodian. Apperently helped, since Marie and my mom both commented that I'm apperently getting more of a defined shape.) and biking into work.

(Does drooling over Batista and Triple H count?)

Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be.Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

dance aerobics 6x a week. When the weather starts getting cooler, I'll start adding going for a walk to the mix.
