Some of my new co-workers here are into darts, so once in a while we've been to some bars and they're teaching me how to throw darts. Fortunately, I haven't injured anyone yet!

I like darts, they keep me occupied, especially if you have a picture of some one you completely dispise on there and the person to hit that person in the eyes wins. But that's me. But for staying fit and healthy, I lift food, drinks, and any other edible thing to my mouth, it's good for your arms lol! Other than that, I run up and down stairs constantly at work, I have to go up long stairs to get on the dry dock and then up and down, up and down on my ship all day long. My legs are built, while everything else is pudgy.

I'm trying to do 100 ab crunches when I get up every morning. Actually, my whole group of friends have begun doing it. Hey, it's healthy and really wakes you up!
