The Mary Lincoln photo with the "ghost" image is interesting. We'll never know the answer, but
with photography in those days...it took a very long exposure. Someone could have walked up,
stood there a moment...then left. You would get an under exposed photo. Not saying its not
Lincoln's ghost....but there many examples of this kind of exposure. Occum's Razor would
prevail on this one.

Although I do think that Honest Abe's ghost still roams at times, it's said that he even at times haunts the state house here in Columbus, The photo that "shows" him embracing Mary Todd Was indeed faked in an attempt by the photographer to bring in more business.

I have read that President Lincoln dreamed of his own death. He walked downstairs in the Whitehouse, and heard women crying. He saw a coffin surrounded by candles. He asked the guard who had died, and the guard said "The President has been assassinated."

I believe Lincoln truly possessed these abilities. History also recounts how many times before a major battle, Lincoln would have the same dream. Indicating to him that major news was about to occur. He is said to have had this same dream the night before his assassination.
