I've been able to see ghosts and spirts since I was a little girl and I am pretty used to it. The first person really close to me who died was a godmother of mine and I would see her a lot and she likes to visit every now and then. Then in 2006 my uncle died and I was VERY close to him to where he was like a dad to me.
We in our house had gotten used to the ghost who would visit and their acts of taking things from our house, but lately I've been feeling and seeing my uncle a lot, but the only problem is I think he is taking my stuff and its gotten worse. Normally it was small things until this summer a ring that means a lot to me that I got when I was 18 went missing and also this summer a VERY expensive camera my mom got me went missing. I got a new ring that means the same thing as the old one, but then just a few weeks ago my replacement camera just is gone. I moved to college in September and my uncle has been with me a lot of the time. I had some boy issues and all the time my uncle was there and I was reminded of the crazy things he would do if he was alive and a boy was bothering me.
So now with another camera missing Im pretty angry and today in the dorm room that I have to myself with no roommate I have discoverd that my hair straightener that was in plain sight is now just gone and nowhere to be found. I know he wants my attention in some way, but I don't know what to do and I just want him to give me my things back.

Hi,

I would try asking the ghost to bring your stuff back. If that does not work tell them, instead of asking, to bring your stuff back. I had a ghost doing that and it worked for getting every thing back except my flashdrive, the ghost left everything that it took except the flashdrive on top of my t.v.. Hopefully, this helps.

I agree, however with some spirits you need to be tough and stand your ground. Tell them there are better ways to get your attention than to steal your stuff and that you DONT like it, be strong, use a firm voice, show them it frustrates you. Trust me when you demand that they leave your stuff alone they are suppose to I call them Spiritual Laws, if they dont then ask archangel Micheal - who is the protector and the fighter to escort them out of your area and demand them to stay away and then call in Archangel Chamuel to help you find your lost stuff. Just be firm and strong and use your angels and guides to help you with spirits bothering you..

Hi there,

Are you absolutely sure the items have not been stolen by room mates, fellow students? If you really feel its a spirit I agree with the advice already given to ask firmly for them back and to explain simply how upset you are and the value of your goods. Comletely on your own at a quiet time and perhaps burn a black candle for protection while you do it.

A friend of mine had a cd, keys and jaffa cakes stolen by a ghost in her home and even found the empty jaffa cake packet on top of a high wardrobe in her 5 year old sons room. Theres only her that likes the BAD_WORD things in the whole house!

I agree with the others when they say just try asking for your things back. It couldn't' hurt, and you may even want to tell him to stop taking your things.

Hi Angel, I have had that happen to me as well and its always things that I "need" and I believe thats why they do it, because its a personal necessity to us. I still am at a loss as to where my car keys, key to my back door, and a new pair of reading glasses are etc..They just disappear, seconds after I had them in my hand. I prayed to St. Anthony as he is the saint of missing items, to no avail. I guess at some point they will show up..You could do as other say and ask whoever it is to please return your stuff, but its been my experience they will all the sudden show up when you least expect it, in a place you never would have put them. Keep looking and I do hope they show up soon..

its nice to know that im not the only one with this problem. My ghost so far has taken and given back when asking it nicely a cd case, my favorite hat (although he let me buy a new one first...very funny A-hole), and even my best friends wallet (which was the stranges one because i watched it show up out of thin air). it still has yet to give back a hunting knife which kind of worries me.(wtf would a ghost want with a knife?). What works for me is simply saying out loud "Mr. ghost may i please have such and such item back" most of the time it is returned within 24 hours sometimes it makes me ask multiple times. I think it likes to toy with me...smartass.
