I got a confirmation from Amazon.com that mine was shipped, too.

I just got my copy today and have only read one part so far. The Hibbing auditorium of course since I know that one. It is wonderfully written and I am sure that later tonight when I read the rest of the book, it will be equally as good.

I have to wait for Christmas.
I went to Amazon.ca...and they only accept credit cards which I don't have, and amazon.com insists that a money order must be in US funds drawn on a US bank. Freck...I'm not sure where the heck a US bank is in Toronto! <grumbles darkly>
