My daughter and I are taking a road trip!
If anyone wants to try and meet up...
We will be flying into Chicago, Illinois - August 6-7th, then drive down to Springfield, Illinois (meeting up with GVer Vindalf59)- August 8th, August 9th we arrive in Charleston, West Virginia, August 10 in Shenandoah National Park, August 11-12 stop in Charlottesville, Virginia then into Richamond, Virginia for 2 days (going thru Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown), August 13 - Hershey, PA up into Scranton, PA, August 14-17 we finish up in Boston, Mass, (hope to meet up with yankeepyrate and Jeff B.)
Leave me a note if anyone wants to grab a drink or something together!

Sorry we can't meet up this trip. The Dells is probably too far away for you, but how about Janesville? I can make that fairly easy.

Hershey is further from us Pittsburgh people than Charleston is.

Yep, I'm south of Pittsburgh about 50 miles. Just north the Mason-Dixon line, in the big metropolis of Smithfield.

Ok, your about a 2 and a half hour drive from Charleston, West Virginia.
We arrive there after an 8 and a hlaf hour drive from Springfield, Illinois. Care to take a sunday drive and meet us there for dinner? (lol) I know thats a bit of a drive, but throwing it out your way!

I leave Jim Thorpe, PA on August 14th and head to the Boston area. Staying in Peabody, MA till the 17th.

If your travels take you anywhere near Mount Carmel in Pennsylvania, come visit me! It's a crappy little area, but a quick stop for a hug would rule (so long as I get rid of this cold, or I'm not getting close to anyone).
