Welcome to gv forum there is alot of good topics mainly in this section. I would think doomsday is fake just to scare us some narrow minded people would believe it's real and see it as a sign. Dont think much to it mate there has been plenty of speculation in the past as to wether doomsday will become reality.

That is a real tough one and I will tell you why.
cause as a parapsychologist and UFO investigator I have to remain objective.
My personal beliefs should not mix with this just hard cold facts.
I can not say I can only say what I am and let you figure it out , I am a fundamentalist Christian.
it is obviously easy to know exactly what I think on a personal level from my religion but that must remain separate .
I can say this much though and it is a fact , up till now this world has always been ending for someone , all the time , each and every day.

I have to add one fact according to most Mayans
( that is where the idea of 2012 as the end came from ) Most of them say the answer is no .

I can't see the world comming to an end. Didn't they say that about the year 2000? That was a waste of time. People went crazy for nothing. I don't see anything big happening unless we happen to be at war at the time.

I like to base my beliefs on evidence, hence my curiousity about the paranormal. There is no hard core scientific evidence that "doomsday" will actually be what people are expecting. I think the whole purpose of the movie "2012" was to freak people out, not to convince people its actually going to happen...

The world has been ending for centuries, according to different individuals, sects, cults, theorist, etc. I'm still waiting.....
Obviously, our personal individual world will end someday. No need to waste time wondering when it will.
