The Blair Witch Project (Don't like the sequels though)
Sixth Sense (Love the spooky ones!)
The Exorcist (Always find this scary no matter how many times I see it!)
Poltergeist (The one with that horrid man in it who wears a black hat, he FREAKS me out!)

There was a programme on over here in the UK last week with the top 100 most scary TV moments. Here's the link, take a look for inspiration this Halloween  ;) http://www.channel4.com/film/newsfeatures/...ts_80-71_1.html

I enjoy the cartoons:

1.  Its the great pumpkin Charlie Brown
2.  All of the Scooby Doo ones
3.  Disneys Halloween shows
4.  Cartoon networks Halloween shows

I just enjoy watching the cartoon Halloween specials.  I am not much on watching scary movies.  The kids dont want to watch them anyways.  I just watch what they want to look at.

yeah, anything with johnny depp and especially the ones directed by tim burton -- not necessarily halloween-ish, but always deliciously creepy and very well done...

depp was *AWESOME* as hunter s. thompson in "fear and loathing in las vegas..."  (also not a halloween flick, but defiinately strange!

So many, so little time and space!

Here are some of my favorites that spring to mind...
1. Dracula - Lugosi (because it's classic)
2. Dracula - Langella (because he was so HOT!)
3. Whatever Happened to Baby Jane
4. Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte
5. House of Dark Shadows
6. Night of Dark Shadows
7. The Others
8. Sixth Sense
...and for comic relief...
9. Young Frankenstein
10. The Great Pumpkin (not to be a copy cat but I saw this the other night and remembered how cool I thought it was when I was a kid!)

Has anyone ever seen "The Halloween Tree"?  It's a cartoon movie.  I always liked it.
