If you live in the Triangle of NC my team, PB&J Paranormal, will be holding a meet and greet at All Booked Up used bookstore in Apex, NC on 10/23/10 starting at 8pm... Come out and meet the team, listen to cases we've done, see evidence, and learn how we conduct our investigations...

Joven,

"All booked up" in the subject line might give the impression that the event is all booked up, rather than it being the name of a group. Perhaps you should take it out of the subject line and identify "All booked up" as a group and give a little description.
