That's very interesting... I've had others make very similar comments about it. 1) A Shaman from Norther Mexico who was told in a dream who sent the attack 2) An Elder and Chief of four tribes who said it had to have been a witch or a shaman 3) A Chinese researcher who said it had to be "Black Magic".

You call them watchers but these seem to be very different from the "Watchers" I have seen who seem to appear in human form and behave in a very passive manner but simply seem to be observing you. One shaman once told me they aren't there to participate but just to document. I also know shadow people are sometimes referred to as watchers. What do you think are they related or independent phenomena?

Yes watchers can appear as human shaped, but they are very different than shadow people in general. The biggest difference is shadow people love to play games, and watchers do not. There are some very playful shadow people at a park near me. They love to come out just off the edge of your sight, and run behind something. They are well aware of how far you can see, and where to hide. They will play hide and seek all night if you sit there with them. A watcher will just pop right out, even in broad daylight with no regard of being spotted at all! Necromancy can be called a black art, but it is not an evil realm of study either.

The Watchers. Hmmm. I've done an enormous amount of investigation into that subject because of personal experiences and each one of my shaman teachers had similar observations about the watchers apart from the African shaman. Never come across anything conclusive. It occurs to me that the phenomenon is actually a confusion of different kinds of phenomena. Watchers who look like interested human observers who are passive and seemingly totally passive (these were the Watchers discussed by the shaman who say they are not harmful). The shadow men passive and generally hidden. The shadow attackers who seem to be very malevolent. The UFO related orbs that are sometimes light and sometimes dark. The shadow that accompanies the Hag in sleep attacks. The snouted feeders who come in the dark and leave bloody bite marks (African Shaman related to these and used to banishing them) etc. etc.

Any reflections on this?

I have not encountered any shadow figures that attack yet. Closest thing I can think of is I had a demonic entity try to attack me as a large black shapeless mass once, and I got it on film to prove it too. Always interesting to hear other informed observations of shadow people, good stuff.

Yeah, it seems to me to be rare. I think the phenomena sometimes get confused with the dogs and what you caught on film. I that footage online anywhere?

I have heard of the black dogs(" Hounds of Hell") there are many folk lores of the hounds of hell one specific I kinda remember is they were demon dogs that chased lost souls. Souls of the unbaptised. Another they where used to keep the dead soul from cross the Styx river trying to get back to the land of the living. I have heard siting but don't know the actual stories. Just know they not good that they ate the pet of Odin or the devil they are demons. And I know I have heard storied of these dogs being in packs of up to like thirty.

Sorry my spell check messed up. The hounds of hell are the pets of Odin or the Devil them self. Also I don't know if use seen the movie blackdog with Patrick Swayze that black dog that caused him to crash that is a actual siting that truckers have seen. The black dog with red eyes.
