I had an interesting experience about a month ago. I was sleeping in my bed at home, and found myself standing in the hallway of my fathers house ( some 60 miles away) looking into my father's bedroom, as he was very ill at the time. A week or so later I heard that the caregiver, in the house at the time, mentioned he saw a shadowy figure in the hallway in the middle of the night. So I don't know if that was actually me (out of body), or another spirit who happened to be moseying around that night. whichever way, it was an interesting experience to say the least.
