Sorry, I was off Friday and at my 30th high school reunion on Friday and the overall school reunion on Saturday. I had to come to work to get some free time.
Meanderer, I guess we buy mirrors from the same store (must be a national chain). Mine keep breaking...well, after I throw something at it. They keep showing me with too much body in some areas and not enough in "others".
Puti, I'll stay in the Village as long as I can be the village idiot. I'm very well qualified for the job: I have my National/International Team World Idiot Thingy (NITWIT) i.d. card, my Village Idiot Association (VIA) card, testimonials from my wife, sons, mother, siblings, friends, neighbors, employer, that guy sitting next to me on the bus when I cut one, the woman in the elevator for the same reason, and many other wonderful qualifications.
White Witch, I forgot about...whatever it is you don't remember.

I think is was something about a post I made. Oh well had a fab weekend! Can't wait till the long weekend coming up. 3 days off YEAAAAA!!!!!!

Mine was also a three-day this past weekend. It was great to see schoolmates, some I haven't seen since 1982.
The second night of reunion activities was bitter-sweet as a memorial slide show for classmates who have died reflected a friend with whom I had lost touch back to 1994; she died in 2009 in Arkansas. That destroyed the mood for me during that second night.

Meanderer, I'm with you on that. I have even started to laugh and point at various "things" and then realized that those where my "things".
Puti, as far as I know there isn't a heavey-lift broom, so I'm out of luck. And no, multiple brooms tied together didn't work. I just ended up with a broken fence, confused neighbors, and a BAD_WORD off wife.

Okay, British slang for being drunk-off wife, past tense of going no. 1-off wife; guess I should have used one of those.

I prefer young spirits...my Jameson is 12 years old. (buh-dum!) That's the way the boys in Dublin make it, and that's the way I like it. At one point we were trying to decide if we were an OLD member, as in a person who is "old as dirt".... or a old MEMBER, as in been on this GV board for many years. But useless, because I think you're right MoonChild, we have to admit that we are immortal. That works for me.
