Having gone through it I would say they might as well. Besides being a great historic location I found very little in the way of anything haunted or otherwise paranormal. Lots of history though, and definitely a building worth exploring. (Too bad one can't go through it in daylight!)
Hopefully the owners will chill out a bit too. The day I was there I drove up the driveway, (gate was wide open) just to see the outside of the building and have an idea where I was going where I was met by a very rude gentleman before I even got out of the car. I was informed if I didn't leave immediately I would not be allowed back for my scheduled investigation that night. Great welcome......

Maybe we could put all the Illegal Criminals with TB flooding across our Border there......

As I work for an architect firm, I will approach it from that point of view. I am assuming the building envelope is sound, considering it's still standing. But I wonder how much gutting they'll have to do. It would be an enormous undertaking.
