Do you think there is a point in witch a person has leave a haunted house? I'll try to get some really scary story's on this.

Yes ther is a point when a person should leave a haunted house. When all has been done to try and remove or calm the ghost and it still is acting in a way that could harm someone in the house. Then its time to leave. Also if the person/people in the house cannot deal with the situation and become stressed or depressed its time to leave.

if the ghost keeps pushing you to the point where you have to leave and you can't seem to get rid of it...i think you would have to leave.

Was it an intelligent haunt? What was it doing?

My thoughts are that it is your place. And if that thing is after you then it will follow you.

I want to hear the story. Please tell us.

Hi, I think if my family is in possable harm's way. I would remove them. Then I would seek the help of someone who is experianced and capable to help me cleanse the home of my unwanted visitor. I know it may take more than a few times to accomplish this, but I won't give up my house without a fight.

:blink: Thats spooky, I would leave if my family were in immediate danger I mean who wouldn't. I think in some cases the spirits don't realise they are dead and it would be like someone moving into your house and bringing all there things. I would definatly cleanse and bless my house and if that didn't calm done the spirit and if it was really malevolent (sp?) then I would leave.

You have to leave if you get to the point where you hate your house.
But the ghost followed us to the next house so leaving doesn't always work.

When I was about 7 or so we moved into an old Victorian multi family house. when we first moved in things were ok but my mum felt weired there. she felt like she was being watched. the second week we came home from grocery shopping just as my mum started to put the stuff away she noticed there was stuff missing and she remembered bringing it into the house later that day we found the in strange places like the bleach would be in the frigg, cigarettes in the freezer and the butter was found in the cabinet then a few days later we noticed cold spots I took a bath and my hole body was under hot water and I was still freezing. and then there were these strange smells kinda like a public place like a a hospital or church. then a few days later some of the pictures and some house decorations would be found next to the door (I would say about 3 times a week) the trash would be found ripped apart as if a dog was in there. my mother said on a few occasions the bed would shake. :o there was always someone sick my parents said that they never had that many nightmares in there life compared to what they had there. we then moved after about three months. we lived on the second floor and we even put tape on the door to see if there was anyone breaking in but in the morning the tape would be there. we did have a pic of a face from the tv and some orb shots but my parents threw them out

and this is were my intrest with ghosts began :unsure:

Wow. That is pretty creepy.

Once someone acknowledges their presence and shows fear ... they just go crazy. They can not read you mind, so if you can keep your fear to the inside you have a chance. The less credit you give to them, the least likely they will want to keep messing with you.

Of course, that is not 100% of the time.

Ceaser, what do you think that was? What kind of face was on the picture?

I really think this is a good story and a great thread so far.

Hey Ceaser I lived in an old victorian house when i was a kid too.
But that wasn't the haunted one for me it was an old farm house.
Did you ever find out who was doing the haunting?
Or any of the houses history?

Well I did start a post on it CLICK HERE to see it. I was going to up date that post because I had talked to my mother more about it recently. somehow I must have deleted it

I think it was just a powerful ghosts my mum thinks it was something evil she said she just had an evil feeling about it.

I read the thread you pointed out thats some pretty scary stuff to be going through especially at that young of an age! :blink:
Was that basicly the worst of it? I hope nothing bad happened since.
