First ever: Iron Maiden with Twisted Sister, 'Powerslave' tour. I was 15 and my mom took me. Thanks, Mom! .
Dio with Rough Cutt, the 'Sacred Heart' tour.
Judas Priest with Dokken, 'Turbo' tour.
King Diamond with Megadeth. King's first solo tour.
Suicidal Tendencies with Starvation Army and The Spudmonsters. 'Join the Army' tour.
Anthrax with Metal Church 'Among the Living' tour.
MDC with a bunch of local punk bands on the night I graduated from high school 1988.
'Monsters of Rock' with Van Halen, Scorpions, Metallica, Dokken, and Kingdom Come 1988.
Metallica with Queensryche '...And Justice For All' tour.
New Order, Pubic Image Ltd., and The Sugarcubes 1988 or 9
R.E.M. on the 'Green' tour.
Jane's Addiction right after 'Nothing's Shocking' was released at a dinky 500 capacity club.
White Zombie with Rev. Horton Heat, Kyuss, and Babes in Toyland
Misfits first tour with Michael Graves on vocals.
Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles 3 day heavy metal festival with Trouble, Candlemass, and tons of other bands.
The first 4 Lollapaloozas.
The first 2 Ozzfests.
Grateful Dead 6 times
Metallica 5 times
Monster Magnet 10 times (at least)
Butthole Surfers 7 or 8 times
Rev. Horton Heat 6 or 7 times
Dead Milkmen 5 or 6 times
Slayer 5 or 6 times
Clutch 5 times
Voi Vod 4 or 5 times
Motorhead 5 times
Black Sabbath 3 times
Circle Jerks 2 times
Hawkwind 2 times
Nik Turner 4 times
King Diamond/Mercyful Fate 6 or 7 times
Cradle of Filth 4 times
and lots of other shows that I'll refrain from listing.
I pretty much go to at least one live show a week, sometimes 2 or 3. A lot of the time it's just local bands but at least one national act a month. I love me some concerts.

Unfortunately, you lost 10 pts on your cred rating, one for each time you saw King Diamond and Cradle of Filth. Blech.
O.k., more concerts to add (I went to many with Bob on his list, but here's more):
The Monkees (their 1986 reunion tour)
The Psychedlic Furs (1986)
The Michael Stanley Band (1983--I was young and foolish, and hey, I WON the tix, dammit!)
Neil Young (1990 or 1991)
Crosby, Nash & Young (2000)
The Genitorturers (1998)
New Kids on the Block (1989--Hey, Angelina, you are not alone! I went with a friend, who was escorting her kid sister. I couldn't hear a thing, everyone was screaming)
Porcupine Tree (2001)
Dick Dale (1999)
Rocket from the Tombs (2003--one of the BEST live shows I've seen in a long time)
The Raveonettes w/Kittens for Christian (2003)
Sisters of Mercy (1989)
Johnny Cash (1996 or 1995, I forget)
Blue Oyster Cult (2 times: 2000 and 2003. And, yes, there was plenty of cowbell!)
AND....
The Village People! (1995 or 1996, I think)
